Jonathan’s professional focus has been on closing real estate transactions since 2008, with a brief break to perform military duty.  Sensing a market need for a boutique title company with a simple focus on competent service, he and his wife, Elisa, formed Turnkey Title in 2013.

He will most likely be reviewing your abstract of title, but he may also be with you at your closing.  His reviewing experience spans the range of complex commercial abstracts to abstracts for a single lot in a planned unit residential development. Jonathan continues to serve as an Air Force Judge Advocate and is an avid private pilot, with hundreds of logged hours in a variety of aircraft.
